Summary


Although more students are turning to texting and computers to relay messages, students from the Reid School keep striving for perfect penmanship.

The private Salt Lake school, which teaches kindergarten to eighth-grade, now boasts seven state-level winners in a national handwriting contest sponsored annually by Zaner-Bloser Educational Publishers. The school picked finalists from each grade and sent their applications on, winning awards in almost every grade.
