Summary
While driving home in Davis County today at 6 mph, I found myself cursing Rocky Anderson and the Sierra Club for the 500th time. Why? For successfully and unnecessarily delaying the Legacy Highway and forcing thousands of us to waste gasoline and time sitting in stop- and-go traffic, rather than letting us wisely plan for inevitable and predictable growth.
What did the delays accomplish? Increased construction costs and millions in legal costs, a bill we all must pay, and the banning of big trucks on the new highway that finally will be done this fall. What an accomplishment!See the full content of this document
