Court Reverses Dui Felony Conviction

Summary


The Utah Supreme Court has reversed the felony conviction of a DUI offender, saying the man did not have the two misdemeanor DUI convictions within a 10-year-period needed to qualify him for a felony charge.

In a ruling released Thursday, the high court said the Salt Lake County District Attorney's Office inappropriately charged Neil Steven Pixton with felony DUI.
