SANTA ANA, Calif. (AP) -- The younger brother of an imprisoned Chinese-American engineer has been sentenced to 10 years in federal prison in a family conspiracy to export defense technology to China.
U.S. District Judge Cormac Carney sentenced Tai Mak on Monday in California. His 67-year-old brother Chi Mak was sentenced to 24 1/2 years in prison last month.See the full content of this document
