Dear Heloise: I have a lot of costume jewelry, and jewelry- making is also a hobby. I had so many necklaces and earrings that I hung them on the wall behind the bathroom door using nails. I hung more and more stuff, and it began to look messy and disorganized.

So, at the home-improvement store, I bought several coat-hook assemblies. Each was a piece of painted wood with three, four or five hooks on them. My husband helped me hang them up. Now my jewelry looks great, and there is even room for more! --K.M., New Braunfels, Texas
