Summary
I was happy to see Clear Channel's decision to remove Howard Stern from six major radio airways. His vulgar, racist and offensive commentary has degraded us long enough. The law says that uses of profanity and indecency over the airways are illegal, yet people like the "shock-jock" continue to get away with smut that degrades and dehumanizes the human spirit.
As consumers and as voters, we ultimately decide what the standard of decency is in our communities. Let's not allow the standards of Howard Stern and Janet Jackson to infiltrate our homes and influence our families.See the full content of this document
