Summary
A man believed to have caused a fatal accident on Bangerter Highway on Sunday night was charged in 3rd District Court on Tuesday.
Finhas Habib, 37, was found at the scene of the accident, near 2100 South, "with bloodshot eyes, poor balance" and he smelled of alcohol, according to court documents. An open bottle of beer was found on the driver's side floorboard and Habib admitted to drinking earlier in the day.
