Championships in any sport don't come easy. It takes a lot of skill, hard work, team chemistry, and a few good breaks along the way.

The Lone Peak Knights, in winning the school's second state basketball crown last weekend with an easy title-game win over the Box Elder Bees, are clearly one of the most talented prep basketball teams in Utah. They are the state 4A champions because they played the best last week in crunch time, and because they were usually on the fortunate end of the breaks -- mainly because they did the things necessary to be in that position.
