SEATTLE -- Seattle University snared a 3-2 victory Thursday afternoon over BYU's baseball team in 16 innings.

With one out and the bases loaded, Mike Malland singled in Nate Roberts to end the marathon. It was the longest game for BYU since a 17-inning victory over Utah in 2004. Roberts drew a lead-off walk from Devin Brewer and scored on Malland's single off of David McKnight.
