Summary
This is to the seemingly endless stream of people like Julie L. Taggart (Readers' Forum, Dec. 2) who keep calling for President George W. Bush to be charged with war crimes and treason. Enough already! I have been very proud of the way our president has handled the incredible challenges of the past few years. He has continued to do what he thinks is best, even in the face of harsh, illogical criticism at home and abroad. I, for one, have thanked God many times that George W. Bush was the president of the United States on Sept. 11, 2001. We have been very blessed to have his leadership these last eight years. I firmly believe that, in time, he will be vindicated for his words and actions during his term of office.
