Power is the ultimate aphrodisiac, or so said that incredible hunk, former Secretary of State Henry Kissinger.

But much like booze, the intoxicating properties of power and clout transmogrify rather abruptly from seductive to self- destructive when abused. Those inebriated with either one are prone to adopting a wholly disproportionate sense of self-worth and exaggerated image of one's place and importance in the world.
