PROVO -- Media outlets and law enforcement agencies complained when the Utah County Sheriff's Office last week pulled booking pictures from its jail Web site. Now, a week later, the pictures are going back online -- this time without a required access password.
"The photos will be back online," Utah County Sheriff's Capt. John Carlson, who oversees the jail, told the Deseret Morning News Wednesday. "There's a real strong law enforcement need for pictures, a need from the news media.
