UTAH STATE PRISON -- A man who kidnapped six young women over a seven-month period in Sandy will not be released on parole anytime soon.

In a decision released Monday, the Board of Pardons and Parole scheduled a rehearing for Andrew James Gwilliam, 26, in April 2009. During Gwilliam's first parole hearing in March, the hearing officer recommended a mental health and sex offender therapy review.
