As I was driving westbound on I-80 near State Street, I saw a billboard featuring a woman's chest adorned with a red strapless wrapping and a bow. The advertisement reads "Finally, a gift you can both enjoy." It promotes Alpine Plastic Surgery Group. I wondered how many people want their children to see billboard-size breasts as they drive around town? I don't see a problem with plastic surgery businesses advertising their services, but I encourage Alpine Plastic Surgery Group to work on a campaign that is more discreet and family-friendly.
