Charges will not be filed against the owner of a belt buckle that caused part of Terminal One at the Salt Lake City International Airport to be evacuated for about an hour Monday.

Transportation Security Administration (TSA) screeners reported seeing what looked like an incendiary device during a screening of checked bags, said airport spokeswoman Barbara Gann.
