Summary
The use of cell phones while driving vehicles deserves a blanket ban -- across all age groups. This device is extremely distracting at times, though many will deny this. The state should impose a ruling making it unlawful to use a cell phone while operating a vehicle, unless the car is fitted with a hands-free cell phone device. We can't afford any more cell phone related wrecks on our roads. And texting while driving should be completely outlawed.
