City Going After Accused Tagger's Older Brother for Repair Costs

TAYLORSVILLE -- The city is suing the older brother of a graffiti artist to recoup costs they say they incurred while cleaning up the youth's handiwork.

According to a civil suit filed Monday in 3rd. District Court, the city claims the boy spray painted graffiti on the Jordan River Bridge near 800 West and 4800 South. Then, they claim, the boy struck again, this time tagging a fence near 4807 S. Brown Villa Cove in August.
