John Nixon, director of the Governor's Office of Planning and Budget, will talk about "Balanced Scorecard and Performance Measures" during the next monthly training/luncheon meeting for the Northern Utah Association of Governmental Accountants.

The meeting will run from 11:30 a.m. to 1 p.m. Thursday at the Lion House, 63 E. South Temple. The cost is $12 for members and $17 for nonmembers.
