MAPLETON -- Two wildfires that started Monday night in Utah County may have been caused by a suspicious SUV, officials said. A "white, boxy, older-model SUV" was seen in both Maple Canyon and Hobble Creek Canyon between 4 p.m. and 5 p.m., when it is believe the fires started, said Jennifer Sullivan, public information officer for the U.S. Fire Administration's Type 3 Incident Management Team, which is managing the two blazes.
